To View Your Questions

You can search for and view queries you have submitted.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Your Questions menu option. The menu option will be displayed only if the Ask Question option has been enabled on the Customer Portal Settings window in infraEnterprise. The Your Questions page is displayed.
  2. Select an article profile type from the Profile Type list. A sub-profile list is displayed if it is defined. Select a sub-profile from the Sub-Profile list.  
  3. To select a service, click Search next to the Service field. The Service Catalog page is displayed. Use the fields provided on this page to locate the service.
  4. Select a issue type from the Type list.  A lower type tier is displayed if it is defined. Select a sub-type from the Sub-Type list.
  5. Select an option from Current and Past.

Selecting Current will instruct the system to filter all your questions to which you not have received a response.

Selecting Past will instruct the system to filter all your questions to which you have received a response.

Your questions are displayed in a summary format.
