The Customer Portal enables you to change your password within the self administration section.
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Select the Change Password menu option. The Change Your Password screen is displayed
2. Type your old password in the Old Password field. This is the password you used to log in.
3. Type your new password in the New Password field.
4. Re-type your new password in the New Password Confirm field. Passwords are case sensitive.
5. Click OK. A confirmation is displayed to acknowledge you have successfully updated your password.
