The Shopping Cart Order page displays once you have specified the Service(s) that you want to order via the Shopping Cart.
A shopping cart order is a collection of Request submission forms, one for each Service that you have ordered. There may be an additional Request submission form, if one has been assigned to the Shopping Cart order form itself.
The Shopping Cart Order page will display the name of the submission form, plus the current page of the order. To complete your order, you should fill out the fields displayed. You can only submit an order when all pages have been completed.
If
you enter a value for an extension field, and this same field is
present on any other pages within the order, this value will be
carried through to the same extension fields throughout the order.
Note this is only for request extension fields, and not standard
request fields.

|
Submit Later |
Saves the Shopping Cart Order as un-submitted. This button displays on every page of the order form. Any order forms submitted later can be accessed from the Your Requests table on the Activity Summary Page. |
|
Delete |
Cancels the Shopping Cart Order. This button displays on the second to last pages of the Shopping Cart order (a Request is only created for an order once you navigate to the second page). A confirmation page will display for any cancelled Shopping Cart orders. |
The Submit button, only displayed on the last page of your Shopping Cart Order, is used to submit your order for Service(s) to Infra. When you click on Submit, Infra will create a new request for your Shopping Cart order as well as a request for each Service instance specified in your order (these requests will be linked as children to the Shopping Cart request).
You can only review the details of the master Shopping Cart request on the Customer Portal. When you Submit your order to Infra, a confirmation page will display; this page displays the details of the Shopping Cart Request logged, including the Service(s) specified in your order plus the total cost of items purchased in the order.
You can view any Shopping Cart orders that you have submitted in the Your Requests Outstanding table on the Activity Summary page.
If you want to complete your order at a later stage (for example, if you do not have enough information at the time to submit the order to Infra), you can use the Submit Later button to defer the Shopping Cart order.
To defer your order, click on the Submit Later button. This will save the order as not submitted. Any Shopping Cart orders you have submitted later will display in the Your Requests Outstanding table on the Activity Summary page.
If you want to continue a Shopping Cart order you have previously deferred, you can access any Shopping Cart orders you have not yet submitted by either:
· selecting the order from the Your Outstanding Requests table on the Activity Summary Page
· searching for the order via the Review Past / Current Requests page, and selecting the order from the search results.
