Completing a Shopping Cart Order

If you enter a value for an extension field, and this same field is present on any other pages within the order, this value will be carried through to the same extension fields throughout the order. Note this is only for request extension fields, and not standard request fields.

Mandatory fields are denoted with an asterisk ‘*’. You should ensure that you have assigned a value to any mandatory fields before proceeding to the next page in your order.

If you try to navigate to the previous or next page of the order, submit or defer the order, any mandatory fields on the page will be evaluated. If there are mandatory fields which you have not filled out, the page will display with an error and any unfilled mandatory fields will be highlighted on the page.

Any Q/D buttons within the order will display as a text field with a Search button. To add a value to a Q/D button, enter text into the field (by which Infra will use to search) and click on the Search button. Infra will search for and display any matching values for that field. Select the appropriate value that you want to enter within the field. The item you selected will be added as the specified value in this field.

Depending on how your Infra system is configured, any date fields displayed on your order will either display as a single text field, or as series of text boxes. 

·         If dates on the order form display as a single text field, you should enter dates (and times, if applicable) according to the format specified next to the field (MM/DD/YYYY or otherwise).

·         If dates display as a series of text boxes, you should enter the date, month or year in the appropriate text box; this is determined by the order format defined in your system, and will be specified next to the date field. If the field also requires a time input, text boxes and a list to specify AM/PM will also display.

If a field has been added for uploading a file, it will be displayed with a Browse button. To upload a file, click Browse.  The Choose File dialog box is displayed. Navigate to the folder where the file to be uploaded is located. Select the file and click Open. The selected file is uploaded.

The Forward To list is used to assign the Request to which the submission form is linked to an officer / group within Infra. If the officer / group has already been specified on the workflow template to which this submission form is linked, this will display automatically in the Forward To field. Otherwise, you should select the required officer / group to which this submission form (used to deliver a Service you have ordered) will be forwarded.
