About the Home Page (Activity Summary) Page
The Activity Summary page is the home page for the Customer Portal. If you have successfully logged onto the Customer Portal, this page is displayed.
This page will provide you with a summarized view of the following:
• Approvals Waiting Your Action
The three most recent Customer Portal Bulletin Board messages are displayed under latest news.
Click 
to
view details of the message.
Click More… to view all other Bulletin Board messages that are not displayed.
This section displays all open Incidents where you are the linked customer.
The Incidents are displayed in chronological order by the Call No.
Click to
view details of the Incident.
Click More… to search for and other past/ current incidents.
This section displays all open Requests where you are the linked customer. The Requests are displayed in chronological order by the Request No. Any Shopping Cart Orders which have been logged will also display in this table.

Click More… to search for and other past/ current requests.
Approvals Waiting Your Action
This section displays all open Customer Approval Tasks that have been forwarded to you. The approvals are displayed in chronological order by the Approval No.

This section displays all Configuration Items where you are the linked customer.
