About Reviewing Reports
The Customer Portal enables you to view and download organization and global reports that have been generated by infraEnterprise and flagged as available to the Customer Portal. You can view reports that are available within the Customer Portal by selecting the Reports menu option.
Organization reports are reports that are generated by infraEnterprise with a report parameter equal to your organization.
Global Reports are reports that are generated by infraEnterprise without an organization report parameter.
To view reports, the permission on your user role has to be set to enable you to view reports.
